We want every bottle to arrive as flawless as your party outfit. But if something’s gone sideways:

  1. All Sales Are Final:
    Due to Canadian liquor laws, we can’t accept returns. We hope you understand - it’s not us, it’s the law.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your order arrives damaged (oh no!), snap a pic and email us within 7 days. We’ll either send a replacement or refund you, depending on the scenario. We want happy customers, always.
