Welcome to G&T Spirits. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following delightfully dry (but necessary) terms:

1. You Must Be of Legal Drinking Age:
   We love fun, but laws come first. You must be 19+ to sip our gin and to browse this site. Pinky promise?  All shipments will be age verified at the door.

2. Order Fulfilment:
   Once you place an order, we’ll process it within 1–2 business days. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if something seems off - fraud protection is our not-so-fun-but-fierce friend.

3. Pricing & Availability:
   Prices are listed in CAD and may change from time to time without notice. Joie might be a star, but sometimes she sells out. If she does, we’ll keep you posted.

4. Intellectual Property:
   Our branding, content, and delightful bottle design are the property of G&T Spirits. Please don’t steal our sparkle.

5. Limitation of Liability:
   We aim for perfection but don’t guarantee that your experience will be flawless. We’re not liable for indirect damages or losses from using our site or sipping our gin (besides mild obsession and maybe a few Instagram stories).
