• 1.5 oz Joie de Vivre Pink Gin

• 0.5 oz lemon juice

• 0.5 oz simple syrup

• Chilled prosecco

• Lemon twist

To create:
Shake the first three, strain into a coupe, top with bubbles. Finish with a lemon twist. Sip, sparkle, repeat.
