Hi, I’m Tory!
Lover of pink, professional joy-chaser, and firm believer that life should feel like a rom-com—preferably one with great cocktails.

Joie De Vivre started with an unforgettable sunset G&T in South Africa (and a very charming fiancé named Grant) and ended with me saying, “What if we made a gin that’s playful, a little nostalgic, and absolutely beautiful when poured?”

After years of building brands for other people, I decided to build one that made my heart race. I wanted to create a vibrant, modern, unapologetically feminine gin that didn’t take itself too seriously. Because honestly? I think we’ve all earned a little more sparkle in our glass.

So I gathered my inspo: pink sunsets, laughter around the table, long lunches, late-night toasts, and beach days that turn into something more. I wrote the plan, did the tastings (very serious research), and finally bottled the joy I’d been dreaming about.

Joie De Vivre is for the dreamers, the doers, the dinner party queens and picnic planners, the spontaneous toast-makers and the “just because” celebrators. And yes, she stays pink when poured.
